To register your tractor you will need to complete 2 x forms

Form VL17 - Application to license a vehicle, in conjunction with...

Form VL18 - Application for Agricultural Machinery or Agricultural Special Purpose Vehicle Concession (for significant saving)

The machinery details & WEIGHTS can be found in your Owner's manual - supplied with the machine at handover. 

The year, make, model, serial numbers can also be found on your warranty form and on the tractor's compliance plate.

The Shire of Denmark will require you to make an appointment for farm vehicle registration. Please phone or book online and allow 1 hour.

Take with you:

1. Completed forms VL17 & VL18

2. Copy of your purchase invoice/receipt showing your name, tractor Serial number and ZERO balance (a copy will have been emailed to you at settlement)

3. Current ID
